Breach exposes Chase, Capital One, TiVo customers

I just got a couple emails concerning this -- from the College Board (state of California) and Disney Vacations. Chances are you are affected -- and, yes, the spam emails were already rolling in before I was even notified!

Epsilon, which manages e-mail communications for TiVo, JP Morgan Chase, Capital One Financial, the Kroger grocery chain, and other clients, says it suffered a security breach that revealed data on some of its clients' customers.
